Don't believe the Primerica Crap, they are the AMWAY of the insurance industry. Speak with an INDEPENDENT advisor or use a website like Insuremylife.com. You want to look for a company with a good rating (Fitch, AM Best, etc.) and watch out for the "pseudo" level term policies. In order to make their premiums look better against their competition, some companies will sell a level term policy whose premiums are not guaranteed to remain level for the entire period. For example, a 20 year term policy that only is guaranteed level for the first ten years.

you're not going to be able to get private life insurance without a blood test.
Best varies, you'll have to call around for quotes in your area.

You're not going to find any life insurance companies that won't do medical tests. Unless you are asking for very low coverage (under $100,000). The number 1 seller in Term insurance in North America and Western Europe is Primerica Financial Services, which owns Primerica Life. They sell one policy per family, instead of per person. At the same time, they also do investment services. Hence the quote, "Buy Term and Invest the difference."
